      目的:探讨人事制度改革在护理管理中的应用。方法:根据按劳分配和生产要素参与分配的原则,综合考虑岗位的责任风险、技术含量、劳动强度及护士的年资、职称等确定护理技术岗位,按照基础工资、职务工资、岗位工资、效益工资进行分配。结果:打破了护理人员的传统观念,增强了竞争意识,优化了服务观念,激发了护理人员的积极性,提高了工作效率。结论:岗位职绩工资制在护理管理中有很大的应用价值。
