      目的:调查护理人员中心静脉导管相关性血流感染(Central Line Associated Blood Stream Infection,CLABSI)的知识、态度、行为现状,为制定感染预防的临床指引提供依据。方法:用自行设计的问卷调查分析广东省86家医院382名护理人员CLABSI相关知识-态度-行为情况。结果:护理人员知识维度得分(110.59±18.98)分,达“良”水平;态度维度(97.88± 4.68)分,为“正性态度”;行为维度(85.46±10.61)分,为“正性行为”。不同学历护理人员相关知识得分差异具有统计学意义,不同医院等级护理人员相关知识、态度、行为的得分差异具有统计学意义,不同地区护理人员相关知识、态度得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理人员CLABSI相关知识、态度、行为掌握情况良好,但不同等级医院、地区之间的护理水平仍有差距;应加强各地区医疗信息交流,平衡医疗资源,持续动态输液治疗护理培训。
English Summary:
      Objective: To investigate nurses' knowledge-attitude-behavior about Central Line Associated Blood Stream Infection (CLABSI) in Guangdong province, in order to provide reference for making clinical guidelines. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire about nurses' knowledge-attitude-behavior of CLABSI was distributed to 382 nurses from 86 hospitals in Guangdong in 2015. Results: The mean scores in knowledge of CLABSI was 110.59±18.98 which was in good level. The attitude and behavior of nurses were both positive with mean scores 97.88±4.68 and 85.46±10.61. There were significant differences among the nurses in different education background, different hospital ranks and different regions in Guangdong (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nurses in Guangdong have got good knowledge, positive attitude and behaviors for preventing CLABSI. However, there is still a gap among different hospitals and regions. The nurse managers should strengthen the exchange of medical information and balance the medical resources among different regions, and continue the infusion training among nursing staff.
