      目的:调查结肠镜检查患者在肠道准备过程中的心理体验,为今后采取针对性的护理措施提供科学依据。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,深度访谈并分析20名结肠镜检查患者的肠道准备体验。结果:得出3个主题:复杂的心理状态;难以获取专业化的信息指导;渴望得到他人的安慰与支持。结论:在今后的临床工作中,只有真正做到以患者为中心,及时发现临床工作中的不足之处并积极制定针对性的解决方案,才能切实地提高结肠镜检查患者的满意度,减轻患者的不适感受。
English Summary:
      Objective: To explore the true experience in the process of bowel preparation for patients undergoing colonoscopy in order to provide scientific evidence for the future specific nursing measures. Methods: Guided by the phenomenological research method, we performed in-depth interviews and analyzed their experience to 20 patients who underwent colonoscopy. Results: Three themes were formed: the complex psychological state; difficulties obtaining specialized information guidance; desiring for comfort and support from others. Conclusion: In the future clinical work, we should follow patient center, find the deficiency of clinical work in advance and strive to make a targeted solution. Ultimately, we have to reduce the discomfort patients might experience in order to improve the overall satisfaction rates.
